Learn the basics to assemble a  tiered wedding cake begining with the following:

Covering   the base with fondant, making burgundy gumpaste roses, covering styrofoam with fondant, use of silicone molds for side decoration, stacking the cakes, use of Royal icing and transporting the cake.
